Our Plum and Berry Hot Sauce was born from nostalgia for the smell of plum butter simmering in a big pot (if you don’t know what that is, you better look it up. And make some.) and the memory of picking blueberries in the evening sun. Its sweetness will remind you of a warm golden autumn, falling leaves, sunset over a plum orchard, and other things you like. This deeply Polish and very much barnyard hot sauce is simply beautiful – starting with its intriguing color, through its remarkable taste and pleasant sweetness right up to a perfect dose of hotness finishing it off with a short, but pronounced exclamation mark.
