N° 8 WHISKEY BBQ by ECKART

This full-bodied BBQ sauce holds a special place in my heart as an old whiskey lover. It contains over a third whiskey, truly earning its name. It's versatile, perfect for pork, veal, and beef. Spareribs or brisket allow it to shine. Unfortunately, those who don't like whiskey might be out of luck.

Ingredients:
Whiskey (33%), tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, raw cane sugar, onions, balsamic vinegar (grape must, wine vinegar, sulfites), chilies, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar from barley, distilled vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spices, natural flavors), salt, lemon juice, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), pectin, pepper, purified hickory smoke flavor, vanilla extract.
